Thing is you don't even need to manually spell check you can have your PC "AUTO SPELL CHECK", you see the red squiggly line under the word and that tells you its wrong, then you just right click on the word and up pops a multiple choice of correctly spelled words to choose from. Now if you misspell with that your really backwoods.

Re: More CL humor
They probably think the red squiggly line means it's a real purdy word.

Re: More CL humor
guinea pig and complete setup
This is a black and white long-haired guinea pig and cage, food, bedding, water bottle, toys and bowl. This was my daughter's birthday present last year and Cutie is a year and a half old. Cutie is very docile and a great pet. Selling because daughter now wants a snake. 50$ re-homing fee is negotiable.

Okay, I think they're missing the obvious solution here....

Big terriam cage with stand/tarantula inside
I have a big cage with the complete stand. There is a tarantula in there now, but you can convert it to whatever you like non-aquatic. A rainforest set up would be perfect.
Price is $200 firm, only interested buyers I don't have much time to be wasted.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
. . . . That cage for a tarantula?

Re: More CL humor
4 ft long female corn snake
I have a corn snake that I no longer want. She is about 4 feet long and is pretty thick. I got her from a friend that could no longer care for her and now I don't have the time for her either. She doesn't like to be handled so not reccomended as a pet for a kid. She would be great as a breeder. Asking for a $30 rehoming fee. I will include the 10 gallon tank she is in right now.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A four foot snake in a 10 gallon?! No wonder she is cranky!

Wow. We need to have a "disposable pet" section. I saw on CL yesterday someone getting rid of a tarantula so they could get a snake. Then someone was getting rid of a snake so they could get a horse.

How many spellings can we find on CL of the word "accessories"? As you can see, I'm really obsessed with this. I think if we can find one who spells it correctly, we should recommend them for Mensa.

Apparently, in that neck of the woods, regular ball pythons can growth to monsterous lengths. No wonder they are so feared by snake haters everywhere! I imagine when the ginormous ball pythons curl up into a ball, they can roll over a moderately sized house! It's pretty terrifying. I can definitely see the need for miniature morphs.

Re: More CL humor
Feeding it 3 pinkies every other week? No wonder it "chowed down my apricot pueblan milksnake".
I found an ad in a local classifieds. A woman is selling her boa, ball python, and bearded dragon because she is pregnant and moving.
I asked for pictures of the boa. Turned out to be a nice looking female so I was tempted. Asked her where she got her from and she said at a reptile show. But "the seller I got her from didn't know what he was talking about", she said.
Then she tells me how she keeps the boa and ball python in the same 59 gallon tank.
