Firearms / Hunting Thread
I've noticed that there are quite a few people here interested in both firearms and hunting. May as well put it all into one thread. Any pictures or hunting stories, please share. I'll start. Here's a couple of my 1911's.

Re: Firearms / Hunting Thread
Don't have any pictures, but I use a 30.06 Winchester when I hunt. Odd time I'll borrow my Dad's 300 Weatherby mag, but that thing's got a bit too much oomph for deer.

Re: Firearms / Hunting Thread
I got that 10-22 with all the mods except the flash suppressor and mag for $125. The big scope was the selling point lol.

Re: Firearms / Hunting Thread
my regular "range" pistols

got several others that have never been taken out of the box, and I like to keep them that way
Springfiled XD 45 Tactical
Sig Sauer P226
Beretta 92F (older italian model)
Glock 37 in 45gap
Glock 22
Kel tec P11
And of course the obligatory 10/22, everyone should have one of these, this was before I added scope and bi-pod.

I was sitting in a tree stand one day and had a six point buck walk under me, So I jump on to it's back and slit it's throat while going for a ride.

Re: Firearms / Hunting Thread
My shotguns are not noteworthy. I do need to get photos of the WWII Japanese assault rifle my grandfather left me. i am pretty sure it is an Arisaka. NOw I am going to have to pull it out and figure out which type and get some photos.

Re: Firearms / Hunting Thread
ahh i love guns and hunting!!! unfortunately im not of legal age to own a pistol but as soon ( literally my birthday week ) as i turn 21 im off to the place to apply. next march! and im in the market for a beautiful 9mm rifle type gun, not sure of the name off hand my cousin has it and its amazing. but as far as hunting weps, ill have to take pics. i have a Remington express 20ga. that i got for christmas, a 30/30 lever action ( my favorite gun of all time ) a .410 single shot ( first ever gun ) and like 3 different .22's. Oh yeah and i kinda stole my brothers 270. thats a nice little gun there too. Also not really a gun but since its a hunting / firearms [or vice versa]i also have a lovely PSE compound bow. my father has 2 mosberg (sp?) 500's both 20 gauge he has a 12 gauge remington and a 30/30 lever action a few .22's and his baby which is a 9mm glock and my mom has a .22 and her little 370 magnum she carries with her everywhere. i guess when it comes to hunting now that i think about it my entire family has many guns lol. even my little brother has a single shot .410 with exchangable .22 barrell :-p i dont know what id do without hunting!
Also beautiful collections everybody. id love to get my hands on one of those 10/22's that looks amazing
