I agree that it's hard to "contain" yourself with cussing and such... I'm in the Army and anyone who has been in the military knows that practically every other word alot of the time is a cuss word, haha...

I also think maybe there should be an 18+ section, not and "anything goes" but somewhere on the forum that can be a bit more relaxed...

I made a suggestion, one I'm sure at least a few people agree with; or do you like 21 posts on top of the new ones about topics you read already? I will leave the site if things are *THAT* terrible, I've left sites in the past over how they ran the board, I usually mention why I left just so they know - but never in a disrespectful manner. People usually like to know what aspects of their site attract or repel people (In this case, it was huge animated signatures that messed with my load-time). Most sites want to *improve* traffic, as they get revenue off the adds.

In short, get a grip. I already indicated I like this site more than I hate the stickies, so what do you not understand about that?

We staffers do not make the rules on this site... The site owner does.. We the staff have been chosen to enforce the rules of this site.. So dont go blaming us for being power hungry and so on...We are just doing our "jobs" around here!

Ok here's my 2cents
For the most part the staff here is pretty fair and does a good job. They have a lot of threads and posts to read and can and do put up with a lot of crap. Like I found out they can be really informative and can let ya cool off before making a potentially unreversable decision to make you leave.

So just wanna say thanks to the staff

IDK, predictions of "you won't be here long" simply for voicing my opinion in a non-offensive manner leaves me with a VERY different impression of the mods here. I've never had a problem before - I didn't even really pay attention to who they were. I'm more inclined to continue lurking rather than posting after the way I've been treated.

*shrugs* I hate letting my experiences here be ruined by one person, but stuff like this reminds me why I lurk and have under 40 posts for the half-year I've been a member.

If your goal is to annoy the staff, see how many infraction points you can rack up, and see how quick you can get banned, please follow these simple steps:

3.) Follow each other and keep taking potshots at each other in threads that have NOTHING to do with the topic you are fighting about.

Keep this pattern up and you will get banned. Then you can spend the rest of your days doing what so many do: e-mailing, calling, writing, or sending smoke signals to that evil Morti character and begging for your account to be reinstated.
Granted, there are faster ways to get banned, but for some reason, it seems SEVERAL people are currently following this path. Please stop. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I will gladly review anyone on a case by case basis and tell you how high up the annoyance scale you are and what you can do to reduce your "Threat Level".

Ok I don't think X-factor is a staff member.(not being snobish) And if you put down or rub the staff the wrong way they can ask or make ya leave. I don't that they would for just voicing an opinion like that in a respectful manner but, lurk if you want or post if ya want because if ya do either it may some day help someone else.

And the reason people jump all over the "let's do this different" comments, is because it really is fine like it is, and lots of people come on here saying "well on this forum its like this" --- If you like that better, then stay there. We like it here, like it is, and feel its a great forum. Its nothing against you, I think the staff and members here in general have just heard that so many times that they quit sugar coating their responses a long time ago and got tired of spending time explaining their reasons time and time again for why the site is okay like it is. So, I wouldn't take it so personally. Its no offense to you, its just that what you said (maybe not your idea specifically) has been said 1,000 times before.

I have been on sites that have such a section. I found those sections not very interesting and got old very quickly.
