Permit to house a boa!
I live in Denver, Colorado. I have heard that you must get a special kind of permit from the state to own and house a reptile over 6 feet in length. I don't know if this is true. But if it is, how would I go about getting one?

They are placing that law in a lot of places, and from what I understand texas has either already established it or is going to.

As per your question, I would contact the states Fish and Game office. If they are not the right people, they can at least point you to the right ones.
