Re: computer/internet problems
Panda antivirus? I dont know what that is.
We use Trend Micro Office Scan at work and I use AVG on all my personal computers. I like AVG a lot and have been using it for quite awhile now.
Ive never even hear of Panda Anti-Virus and it sounds like spyware to me. You thought about what I said in the post before this?

Re: computer/internet problems
What's "adv"? What's telus?
anyhow, show us a link that "supposedly" doesn't work... so we can rule that out definitely (It's never that simple, obviously. ... ohhh yeah, I'm not a techie or anything... but I am a trouble shooter... of sorts.
spybot and adaware fix nothing other than pop-up ads... Yes... they are helpful, but they ain't gonna save the day from your problem.

Re: computer/internet problems
oh, and if you have a disk for the operating system... it should have a "fix" option, and possibly a "boot from disk" option to get to the fix option. It would be better than completely reinstalling the entire operating system.
