I have a almost 2 year old Columbian Red Tail... This isn't a problem, I'd just like to hear what other people think of their snakes. Bleys is full of personality!!! [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img] We've caught him doing some very strange things, and some very cool things too! I was just thinking on when we actually saw him in the process of shedding! It was awesome! He was in his water dish, and you could see the skin getting pushed right off! And when he yawns! How cute! [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img] My favorite is when he leans backwards to give kisses! So anyway! I was just wondering if anyone had any funny stories on what their snakes do personality wise! [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] Thanx!

[img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_cool.gif[/img] [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] I have a lot of fun with my JCPs they have free time out on a vine i have on the kitchen island and they crawl up high enough so no one knows there up there and then when people walk into the kitchen they just watch and look like they are in strick pose its so funny, they look like they are gona dot someones head.. Then theres Cypher the bluffer.. he hisses and looks like he wants to bite but he dont and hes fun to have out he crawls all over the place and hangs out with me when im on the comp.. then theres Cassies BP that likes to hang out under her bed covers when shes out for fun..you lift up the covers and she gives you the look like (hey i was hidding here put those covers back).. cant help but laugh.... I just thought of another one while I was holding him tonight! He loves my hair! It's so funny! When I have my hair pulled back into a scrunchie, he wraps around it just enough to pull it out. And then my hair is a wreck! [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

Very interesting behavior, however nobody can top my boa crawling back into his own skin while shedding and getting trapped. I swear its true. Ask around if ya don't believe me.

my skink is a little spazz. its funny cuz the rest of my lizards just sit there, but this ones more of a hyperactive ferret than a reptile. [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_razz.gif[/img]

Domingo that behavior isn't that uncommon. But you have to be carefull with it. If you check through the R.I.P. forum you'll find a few deaths from this behavior. They get trapped in their own skin ad suffocate. Just FYI.

Theres a hole in the top thats good size so i dont have to worry about her getting stuck in it for awhile but its just to funny when ya walk by or work in her cage she pops that head in and out like a jack-in-the box.. shes just a silly girl...
