I've seen a lot of things... I've seen a walrus eat its own arm. Bill Gates, bust through my floor, covered in chainsaws. But what that Mantis just did takes the cake. I'm gonna train, and I'm gonna get my wallet back...

Re: The Useless Large Thread... Part II
I joined this gym/pilates/yoga place for a month. I'm trying to whip myself into better shape and drop about 5 lbs. So what are the chances that the House of Pancakes would be right next door to the gym? Ugh. I hear their pancakes are to die for. And they make their own whipped cream.

Me too. I don't like eggs, so I'm limited to the breakfast foods I like. This place makes some sort of homemade German pancakes. I think I will try them out on Sunday. Right after working out. LOL

Re: The Useless Large Thread... Part II
This workout I do incorporates cardio, strength training, Pilates, and yoga. We do it all on this vibrating machine called a power plate that amplifies the results. It's only a 25 minute workout. But when I'm done, I usually feel like I just ran a marathon. Today, my triceps and abs are killing me. I'm not sure about all this exercise stuff. I think I'd rather lie around.

Re: The Useless Large Thread... Part II
Last pancakes I had were made by a German. Does that make them German pancakes?
You don't like eggs?! I love them!
I used to train for triathlons... trust me, I know what you mean about a hardcore workout.

Re: The Useless Large Thread... Part II
What do you do for a workout? I am a really non-athletic person. My exercise of choice is swimming, dancing, and hiking. But I don't get to swim or hike too much in the winter. So I have to improvise. Tae bo is another good workout but I have to make myself do it.
