I'm having a pessimistic week. I don't know why. Actually, having all this free time and bad weather on my hands has left time for my mind to start entertaining apathetic and somewhat negative thoughts.... COME ON SPRING!

Re: The Useless Large Thread... Part II
Happy Birthday in advance, Karley!
I just finished filling out my application to the program I have spent two years going to school just to be eligible to apply to. I turn it in tomorrow and wait with a mixture of anxiety and anticipation. The interview with a board comes before acceptance.
By the way, trigonometry is eating my lunch.

Trigonometry is a math made by the devil and created for the dead. It is sheer evil and should've been destroyed at birth.
I'm downing some coffee in my "getting ready" process for the gym tonight. Then I get to come home and study for a Nutrition exam....yay. THEN I get to write papers and go to school tomorrow....with a nap somewhere inbetween. Gotta work on getting that sleep thing down.

Re: The Useless Large Thread... Part II
I just bought...
15 10qt bags of T-Rex Jungle Bed
3 4lb bags of T-Rex Desert Snow
1 new 50/60 UTH
4 new digital thermo-hygrometers
2 new thermostats
1 copy of Natural Terrariums
1 copy of the Burmese Python Manual (needed something else to get free shipping. Can't say no to a book!)
annnd I'm going Saturday to buy two VE175 plastic snake bins from the Reptiletubs.com warehouse - which is an hour from here and I'm saving $100 on shipping.

Re: The Useless Large Thread... Part II
Lol, I know!
All of it (with the exception of the two thermostats and 4 thermo-hygrometers) was bought on PetMountain.com. $150.00 - free shipping.
All the bedding is for the six-month swap, the Desert Snow is for Irella's new vivarium.
I bought the electronics on Amazon from two different sellers: $100.
Just basic stuff for Nero and Telaisien's quarantine setups. x4 Zilla Thermo-Hygrometers with dual-probes, high-low alarms, $16.00 ea. Two of those analog thermostats produced by ZooMed, $23 ea. The UTH is also by ZooMed (all I have) and that's going on one of the quarantine tubs.
Sasori's getting a Herpstat. Those two will have to tough it out in the herp-stone age.

Re: The Useless Large Thread... Part II
I was just warned for inappropriate language in a thread I posted a week ago.
I bleeped out a word with " * " those things. More than are actually appropriate to describe the word.
I'll probably get flagged for this too!
Wowww.

Stuff like this happens to me all the time, seriously. Once I found $100 lying on the sidewalk. I happened to be $100 short for my rent. Another time, I was short about $100 for my mortgage. I won $100 in a football pool. It was the only time I ever entered a football pool. And the last one was pretty good. I needed about $550 for car repairs. That week I got a check from my mortgage company OUT OF THE BLUE for about $550. They said there was a surplus in my escrow account. It's actually kind of weird how this stuff happens so often.
