I'm pretty sure it's just going to cause inflation. Gas prices go up, that means goods and services go up, which means people need more money so people get paid more, essentially just devaluing the American dollar...hopefully. If not, we'll have a big-time depression  |

um, it's already taking a toll on other things. Have you noticed the price of groceries? increased a LOT recently. Shipping? gah, dont even remind me. the price of EVERYTHING is definitely going up. Our country is doing very poorly financially... the american dollar is getting so devalued.
can anyone say recession?

Yeah, I'm just hoping wages will increase soon. We've already had a few minimum wage increases in recent years, but minimum wage is a joke. If employers don't begin to increase wages we're gonna continue down this dismal spiral :-\
