Daytona opinions.....

So I've had threads up like this before, but I'm really trying to decide what to get at Daytona...The reason I haven't gotten anything is because of the Daytona show, so aside from bills and everything I made a seperate account for the show....Now I'm just trying to figure out the $$ situation...Vote and tell me why or if theres anything else thats interesting, your opinion would be appreciated because I've been thinking bout this for a little while now...Thanks.

Re: Daytona opinions.....

If it were me...I would go for either the GTP, or a pair of mojave BPs. But that's just because I would dearly love to have a BEL Ball Python, and I love the way Mojos look. I'm not a huge fan of Spiders, mostly because of the Wobble issue...it's just a morality thing for me. Woma BPs have some interesting genetics as well...so it just all depends on what you're going for. Are you looking into getting into BP morphs?

Re: Daytona opinions.....

I am somewhat looking to get into the morphs, not heavily, nothing further than just a good looking pair or something....My only reservation about the GTP is the whole handling thing..Im also thinking about a pair of IJ Carpet Pythons (if there is some good lookers)....

Re: Daytona opinions.....

You know, I'm learning that GTPs have somewhat of a undeserved bad rep...it still of course depends on the individual snake, but there are some locales that can be very docile and tolerant of handling. Of course I won't argue about the IJs, I have a pair myself. I love morelia, they are my hands down favorite snakes.

Re: Daytona opinions.....

And not to sound stupid or anyhting but what is the "wobble issue" with the spiders?

Yeah I share that love, despite my JCP still holds his name...I do like the coloring of the Irian Jayas though....I guess a lot will depend when I get there but I hear the show is so big I probably won't be able to make my mind up there lol.
