No you are exactly wrong. Yes, it is there business and they can sell however they want, but what they are doing is using Ebay as a way of free advertising. That is what the problem is. They advertise on Ebay, get someone interested then cancel the auction and sell it off Ebay. Something that agreed not to do if they agreed to Ebay's policies. Why don't you try taking flyers for your business and going down to the local newspaper box paying for a paper and then sticking flyers in every one of the newspapers and put them back.... essentially that is what they are doing...
