Do you love your job, or hate it?
...and why? Seems most people these days are pretty dissatisfied with their occupation. I'm real curious if there are a few who really like their jobs, and would continue working there if they won a lottery and didn't need to work. Now that's "job satisfaction".

Re: Do you love your job, or hate it?
I would keep working at what I do... but tell the boss that I will only work max of 5 days a week.. I love my job to the max... I get to be outside working and we move alot from jobsite to jobsite...so everyday is a touch different!

Re: Do you love your job, or hate it?
Both I love my job when I have work, I also hate my job cause there is so much down time in the winter months.
Driving dump trucks has always been hit and miss
If I won the lottery I would buy out my bosses company and make more money

Re: Do you love your job, or hate it?
I love it. And I'll love it more when it's all mine, mwhahaha.
.
Why I love it is simple. I get to be my own boss, work my own hours, acquire rent from 3 other tenants that are renting from the building (so I don't have to work and still make moola ), no employees to babysit but most importantly, I get do what I am good at and enjoy.
.
Good thread Joe.

Re: Do you love your job, or hate it?
Oh and if I did win the lotto. I'd still work. My Dad raised me to work my butt off regardless of any successes that might come about.

Re: Do you love your job, or hate it?
I have a great job considering that i only work 4 days a week. Im off every friday, unless I want to come in. Overtime is always availible if I want it, but im only scheduled to work 4 days a week. Its a part time job thats part of a union, so we get good benefits and we get an hour and a half vacation and a hour and a quarter sick time every pay check. Im only required to work 16 hours a week, but have the option to work as much as 30 a week if i want. The work isnt hard at all, and im allowed to bring music and headphones, which helps make the day go by quicker too. It just gets a little boring sometimes, but for being a student its a great job. I make really good money under the circumstances, $10+/hr just for data entry at a insurance company. I also DJ on the side, at least every friday night, if not more. I also do mixtapes, which i have a major distribution company backing me. Ive Dj'd at SXSW the past 2 years too, which is always awesome. Im very fortunate to have several sources of income while im still in school.
If anyone wants to check out some music, here is my myspace page:
MySpace.com - DJ Wrecka - Waco, Texas - Rap / Hip Hop / R&B
also, dont let the URL tag mislead you
i mix all kinds of music, not just hip-hop
