Thanks.

Re: This person Knows what he wants.
How sweet. I used to have a pet skunk... Now that's an animal I really miss having.
When raised in a home situation, and purchased from a breeder, they rarely "poof" No need to descent them. Get them spayed/neutered and all is well. They're friendly and sociable, and better home protection than a giant snake, because the skunk doesn't need to be caged. lol

Re: This person Knows what he wants.
I've wanted a skunk for a long time. I hear they make great pets, somewhat akin to ferrets. I adore ferrets but after my elderly boy died I just don't have the heart for them anymore.

Re: This person Knows what he wants.
I had a pet female skunk, she was very sweet and playful.
but the city passed an ordinance about having pet skunks, so she had to go to a new home outside city limits, where she is still happy and healthy from what I last heard.

Re: This person Knows what he wants.
Skunks are very much like ferrets, but cleaner, less stinky, more personable, and they don't attack your toes when you're trying to pee.
Gods forbid someone every break into your home though. That's a smell that won't go away ANY time soon.
