So, I'm pretty sure that my herps are having secret meetings at night to hatch an evil plot in order to make me insane. So far, my female BP has decided to stop eating (normal for a BP, I know, but it's a first for my critters) my male BP has taken it upon himself to start HISSING at me when I try to handle him, my Spotted continues to resist all attempts at taming him and tries to kamikaze out of my hands at any given opportunity, and my Carpet nearly gave me a stroke by hurtling up OUT of his cage to snatch his f/t mouse out of my hand. I must give him kudos for his aim, however. All I felt was a little breeze as he flew past my face.
The only ones behaving themselves are the boas.
Honestly, do all reptiles routinely go nuts or am I missing something here?
