Look Architecture folks?

I have been drawing up a floor plan as want to build my house instead of buy one...I've been working on this for several months now. Here is what I have come up with. I did the best I could with picture quality and editing. Yes, it is single story. Let me know what you think....don't hold back.

edit: For the animal room, the acronyms SHOULD be fairly obvious but I will clarify:

KS: KingSnake
BP: .....
CCP: Coastal Carpet Python
BRB: .....
BCC: ....

In case you can't see it, the legend is up at the top of the picture....

Re: Architecture folks?

I love how the animals have the biggest room. That's the way it would be for me too.

Very awesome, and good luck putting it into plan.

Re: Architecture folks?

Also:

I don't know what your plans are as far as water and/or counter space in the herp room, but NO herp room should be without a nice counter, utility sink, and storage. Lots of storage!

Re: Architecture folks?

Anyone with any specific thoughts? Am I crazy? Can I cut corners anywhere in regards to size?

1 square = 2.5'
Thick lines = extra insulation

Total square feet W/O garage = 2,170

Shaded areas = storeage/closet/shelving
