im gettin stronger!!!
ive been doing weight training for the past few months now to get ready for the football season in august(high school) to give u some info, im 14, 15 next month, 6'2, 275lbs, i started out benching 165! i kno, it was horrible!!but now, just 3 and a half months later, im up to 200-205lbs!! im proud of my self  its still about 100lbs lower that what i want it to be, but im gettin there, fast!! |
