wow so first of all i didnt realize how hard it was to sign up for the debate. *Heck With* that. way to much. so anyways my question to all of you is that if i were to rip a dollar bill or say drill out Lincoln's eye on the penny....who enforces the federal offense? Let the Poop flow....

In answer to your question, that crime would fall under the jurisdiction of the secret service. That doesn't mean that the secret service has to actually arrest you. Your local law enforcement can do that job and then turn you over to them.

Trust me the SS and federal branches of Goverment are not fun to be involved with. Someone I knew got arrested for spending counterfeit. He was staying with me they came up to my work and ripped apart my whole apartment. Made my life horrible for the past year.

All just for spending it or for printing it. If he didnt know it was counterfeit and he got it in his travels to a store or something then why would you get arrested for it?
