This link has pictures of my boas in it and pictures taken from my big snake pages I believe and I was never asked if he could use my pictures.

I know he never asked me for permission to use my pictures and I have it posted on my site that all pictures are property of McCarthy Boas. The pictures on my big snake pages on my website I have permission to use them from the owners of the pictures and I even give the owners credit for there pictures.
Here is the same video on his website and he does not even give anyone credit for the use of there pictures. Should I ask him to delete his video until he get's everyone's permission to use there pictures. I am a little upset with him for not asking permission to use my pictures. I would like everyone opinion should I have him remove my pictures or not? Or am I just over reacting and should I just let it be?

I would have him remove it purely on principle! It should be angry enough to strike a nerve with him so that he remembers it the next time he tries to violate copyright.

hey tom long time no hear.............i just got my chicago phone bill.lol. .....absolutely pull those pics if permission wasnt asked for. no permission. no credits. like said previously delete them on principal.  |

People pirating my photos is the bain of my internet existence. I have shut down websites for stealing my content. I say ask him nicely, and if you don't get a resolution, then file a complaint with YouTube and have them remove it.
