ATTN RTB Freaks that are coming to my house next weekend!!!

I have made arrangments to pick up an adoption boa tomorrow...after talking to them, they also have a young nile monitor for free adoption. It likely isn't tame as tame is not their nature but it is still young enough to work with...If anyone wants this animal and can care for it and will be here next weekend...I need to know by tomorrow morning and I can pick it up at the same time.

Oh...BTW...most of the people that are coming just kinda invited each other or themselves...This all started because Barry planned a trip down to bring us the big burm adoption. And it eventually grew into a gathering....those that have hung out with me before know me and my ways well enough to know that this is all perfectly acceptable....so many people decided to come, that no invitations were ever made formal. However, if anyone is in or will be in or can get to the Atlanta area next weekend and would like to crash this little spontanious party...please feel free to pop in. Email for directions to rdkill@rocketmail.com I've never been known for my planning of event skills...but it always seems to work out well and everyone has a blast when we all hook up. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone that is coming ... some old friends some new. Looks like a really good crowd...as usual.

As I have said before, I will be there. What ever happened with gift exchange? I am assuming we are not doing it? So, what do I need to bring? Never been to one of your "functions" before. Do we each need to bring a dish or something? Give us the details please, Jules. And what time? Come as early or late as you want to on Saturday. Morti, LdyDrgn, ConstrictorBo, Herphag and Megan's sister will be getting in Fri night sometime...so All day Saturday will be fun to hang out and the party like thing will be saturday night. I plan to grill burgers and hotdogs at around 8pm so any chips or side dishes to go with that will be promptly devoured. BYOB if ya wanna drink...however...noone drunk will leave here driving...Period. All the beds and futons are taken so if you plan to get sloshed...you might want to bring a sleeping bag or a designated driver.

Oh yeah, go ahead and get that monitor. I know a few people here that can help place it if noone there wants it. Heck as far as that goes, I might keep it to use in our shows with Carla.

I talked to the guy with the boa and monitor as soon as I read this post...He said he will bring them both over Saturday...I invited him to grill burgers with us. Dunno if he will or not though.
