2003 annual Reptiles Responsible herpkeeping.

Hay Guys!
I picked up this mag at Pet Smart the other night. There is an article Responsible herpkeeping. Great article I thought. Anyway at the end of the article states to " Get involove and fight for your hobby". Gives a few different organizations that are anti reptile for pets.

Ask you to write, call email.... anything is something.

I logged on to Humane Society of the US.... http://www.hsus.org/ace/352. My Gosh! to be tame!

I already have some notes to start writing my letters and infor for making my calls.

I am starting with to Humane Society of the US then going from there. I will be in contact with the author of the above article within the week.

I will also be calling my legislators to see if there is anything in works here in AZ.

Has anyone on this site emailed these organizations about this?

HSUS is a lost ccause, as they are merely PETA-type fanatics with the same misguided agenda. An organization that would be worthwhile in lending your support to is PIJAC. To the best of my knowledge, they do not have a website, though.
