Baby talk with your reptiles LOL

Okay, guys, this site is boring me tonight. Let's have some fun. Who talks baby talk to their reptiles? Let's hear it. Every phrase, what tone of voice do you use, etc. Videos are especially welcome. After someone posts, I will post mine!!!

Omg, seriously! XD I thought I was the only one!

Usually it's "Haddo -insert snake name- bubbie~" xD; the 'Haddo' I use for greeting all my snakes, and the most I usually get it a tongue-flick and a reaction that tells me whether or not I have bad morning breath.

I'll sit and give 'em the babytalk, call 'em playful names and the like, especially when they try to disappear under something, all "Where're you goin' bratty boy(girl)? Git back here.. you know better than that!" ..of course, they don't. >_>

ha ha ha. You KNOW you aren't the only one. You'd be surprised who around here talks baby talk to their reptiles. But I'll let them speak for themselves. lol

I say in a very high pitched tone of voice:
"Wakey wakey little snakey!"
Variations on this are:
"Wakey wakey tiny little snakey!" and "Wakey wakey, lovely little snakey!"
Sometimes I say (also in very high pitched tone):
"Do you know your mommy loves you? Do you? Do you?" (to which sometimes they may give me a little hiss. lol

I also sing Elvis Costello's Veronica song to Veronica.

I can't wait to baby talk the Mojave BP and the new little male het albino I'm getting!

	Heterozygous Heterozygous - the animal carries the gene for a genetic trait but does not outwardly demonstrate the trait. Example: A boa that is het for albino looks normal but carries the albino gene. When it is bred to another het for albino boa or an albino boa, a percentage of the offspring will be albino.
