Had a great day
I've been a little less than thrilled with the way things have gone lately. Yesterday though, I spent the entire day with my kids. Then I took both of my sport bikes out for a ride. I haven't ridden them for a long time. There's something really liberating and immensely satisfying about a bike ride. I'm selling the Honda this weekend. I'll miss it but not too much. The newer Kawasaki more than makes up for it.
Did you ever get the feeling that for a moment, life is too good to be true, and something bad is bound to happen? I've been there before. I guess you just have to live in the "now".

Nice clean bike, I have to agree with you though. There is nothing that clears the head like a good ole ride on the bike. If I road sport bikes I would think about picking it up. Send me a PM and give me info on it though. I have lots of sport rider friends.

Lou, that's a carbon slip-on from Two Brothers Racing. It sounds great, and that sound is what I'll miss the most about that bike. It's awesome. |

Glad you had a good day. Can't wait until I can finally afford to get my own bike. The first bike I learned to ride was a KAW, so definately leaning towards that.

I'm so glad you had a good day today, Joe. It's always nice when a fog lifts and you can smile and enjoy the little things in life like motorcycle rides or being with your loved ones. sound is SOOOO important.
i've got vance and hines short shots staggered on my 05 harley sportster 1200C.
they look great, but they really sound awesome.
loud, but not obnoxious and cracking like drags (unrestrictive spiral shaped baffle! helps keep backpressure too for hp!)
i like my harley, but i'm itching to try street bikes. i have a habit of leaning hard on my turns and scraping up the footpegs!
