Mark O'Shea is cool because most of his shows are on snakes... rating.... 5
Jeff Corwin is an actual real life Herpetologist and actually knows what he is talking about, has a good sense of humor and always has snakes in his shows... rating.... 9
Steve Irwin is getting way to monotanous and uninformative, same old shows with the same old lines and alot of his shows don't have snakes in them. I still watch the ones about snakes but that's about it. His shows are directed at the kids... rating... 7
Nigel whatever his name is pretty cool and informative. I especially like his Giants episode. I occasionally catch his shows.... rating... 8
Jules whatever his name is pretty cool but I have only seen one of his shows and it was about big snakes.... rating... 8

I like the older style of Croc Hunter..when he was more factual..But now he has his wife on the show and she bugs the living )#(*$# out of me..plus they have those tremendously stupid intros..but when he has something on herps I always watch..
Jeff Corwin is so funny though..even though its childish hes just so funny..plus he almost always guarantees a good section on herps..ha..did anyone see when he got stuck in the eye by the cactus when he did the Southwest US show? Haahhaha..
And the other guy I havn't seen too much of so I dunno.

hard to choose.. I'm not a big fan of O'shea for the simple fact I don't always like the way
he handles the animals.. .but he seems to know his stuff for the most part (except those rear fanged! lol)
I enjoy Jeff Corwin's show, but my bf doesn't like him ("he's too flamboyant and silly"
I pick Steve Irwin, his shows are what got me really interested in reptiles, I think his
enthusiasm and love of the reptiles shows and makes it entertaining. (I like Terri and the
shows when they go herping together and when they met..) I also really like the fact that
Steve pushes conservation, keeping native species intact, etc etc. I don't really watch the
shows anymore tho (seen them all! lol) and I do prefer the ones with snakes (of course)
Latley I've been watching "Pet Playhouse" saturday mornings... I forget the guy's name but
he has a virtual zoo on stage with all species... I watch that show and just wait for something
bad to happen (snake nabs a rabbit or dog snags a squirel..) Some of the info given is
very good but sometimes it's not that great (use hot rocks, etc)... time to write letters!

Oh, so back to the point... I vote for A!

I'm with you on that Hisba, Mark O'shea is a little rough with the animals.. All in all tho, he seems real scientific/mellodramatic... I dont think Ive ever seen him smile once... But I tune in everytime I see it... I give it a 10
Jeff Corwin, rules.. I see him as a hybrid between the serious/scientific Mark O'shea, and the goofy/take'n life easy Steve Irwin... If I were to do an apprenticship or go out in the field with one of these guys I'd pick Corwin, I think I'd learn the most, and be in a lay'd back but serious environment that I could handle.... I tune in everytime I see it.. I give it a 10
Steve Irwin, he's the "Yoda" of reptile shows.. As far as I know he started it all. Dealing with him personally, I think Id have to slug him from time to time to keep his head on the ground... Id LOVE to talk venomous snake handling with him tho.. he seems to have the "mojo" thing happening for him as far as handling hots goes... I tune in everytime I see it...... a 10
Nigel, I havnt seen too much.... but I tune in everytime I see it... why not a 10...
Anyone else... if they have reptiles, I'll tune in everytime I see it.... another 10
Oh heres one... Cops.. when they go on a call for a big python or "P.I.T.A" Alligator..... hold me back, Id tear into them every chance I get... Im surprised they dont shoot the pythons for not obeying when they scream "Get your hands behind your head!!!!!"..... if I see it in person, Im going to jail for assult... I love my reptiles... I think Bone put it best when they said "F T PO-LEESE"

I'm not voting on any of them. All their shows now are re-runs and I have seen them twice.
Time for them to start rolling the cameras again

I think Constrictor_Bo hit the nail on the head out of all of this.....it's all reruns and is getting annoying. I don't even watch them that much anymore for the simple facts there just reruns. I think Steve Irwin's hidden videos he had a while back was pretty cool. How they pulled those 2 big crocs out and gave them a new home. The one in that small cage I thought was gonna crush him. If you've seen it you know what I'm talking about....I'd like Steve more if he had new shows and more on reptiles than mammals and stuff.....just my preference....
