Light heavyweight heartbreak.
Did anyone else almost cry when Lidell went down tonight? I nearly shed a tear or two.
The Karo fight was awesome...love his judo takedowns/throws........but the main event hurt...bad!

Re: Light heavyweight heartbreak.
I knew that it was going to be a tough fight for Lidell but, I was very shocked to see it go do so quick.

Re: Light heavyweight heartbreak.
It was a night of upsets. I think Leben was robbed in the first fight. Good showing for that guy who ko'd Jardine that guy was a bigger version of Joe Lauzon . LOL

Re: Light heavyweight heartbreak.
I made some money!!! I made some money!!
Makes me happy.. there are a lot of talented fighters that the UFC has access to.. they needed something to mix up the 205..
Hopefully they bring shogan, ninja, Wanderlai and little Nog over too.. it will make the 205 alot of fun..
How about Karo?? Someone has been in the boxing gym

It was close, and with the judges history in the UFC, would not have suprised me if he got his hands raised, but he certainly did not win that fight, and he knew it.

Karo looked great on his feet!! His standup was always a bit of a spectacle, with those wild, looping, formless haymakers...Not last night! I was really impressed with his striking, but his throws/takedowns are where it's at Pure artistry!!
P.S.-I'm afraid for the 205'ers when Shogun shows up
