I'd like to share an opinion and some advice. I think this site will be just fine. It's not perfect, but there's a lot here to offer anyone who wants to learn and share their insight/experience. There are some really great people here. You can count former, current and future members because their posts are or will be available to us...free!
Every member has a role to play here. Some have more influence than others, due to one reason or another, but everyone has some influence. That means you need to choose whether to work for or against the site. If something is wrong, try to change it in a positive manner. If you think it's hopeless because it's not within your power, try anyway.

I have something to add:
If you come to this site to only post about why you think rtb is bad, or how much you dislike the staff or another member then you are not welcome here. This site is for the community and is around because of the community. Why pollute a community with trash? I rather everyone come here and contribute positive things like articles, help/advice, ideas, and scientific opinions.
If you don't like the site, then leave. Coming here to tell us how wrong we are shows immaturity and disrespect to those of us who want to be contributing members.
This site is for education. Knowledge is power, remember that
