Photo help needed

Can someone please tell me how to resize a photograph to get under the 400 limit? I know how to crop them, but how do you just make the entire photograph smaller? Thanks in advance!

I use Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket it's free, you can organize your pics, and resize them according to the appropriate needs (avatar, forum) or use clickable thumbnails, and you just upload your pics there and copy/paste the IMG codes you can generate for the forums or even myspace.

Other than that, Im sure someone else will have more suggestions

if you go to tucows.com you can download a nifty little photo resizer made by EMCO. It is called the EMCO photo resizer. Works like a charm.

Use a program like Photoshop, or whatever photo editor program you may have. There should be a resize option somewhere in the menus.

bluzman, you can use any of these options, but the crux is this: Picture A is 1024x768 ok? YOU must have a picture under 400 correct? that means that the MAXIMUM size of your picture can be 399x399. make sense?

i just use microsoft paint, open the pic, and then clik "Ctrl W" and a little screen will pop up, type in like 50 in one box and 50 in the other and that will cut it to 50 percent, you can do any percent tho

I just use photobucket. It has a thing at the top that says resize picture or something like that and then you just pick the size you want. It's really easy.

yes well while it was a cool pic, the gender mix up seemed to be more prominent then "hey cool pic of you holding a gator!"
