Got Tagged...
Fed my kids this morning, and my boa tagged me. I am officially in the Biter's Club! No pics as there wasn't any blood really. It was my fault that it happened. I offered the fuzzy mouse on tongs with rat scent still on my hands as I had just fed the python. The angle was wrong and my hand was closer than the mouse. Quick tag/scrape. He was MAD/confused. Finally got everything straight and he's done eating. Lesson learned. 
Why didn't I clean my hands in between? Well, the python is a very reliable feeder, so I feed her first. The scent is still on my hands to encourage the boa. Not going to do that again.

well ive been bitten 4 times ...but now i know why ..i used to feed my snake in a box ..but the cat started sleeping in there as well..stupid was stroking the cat then picking the snake up..hmmmm dosnt work...and ouch she did draw blood...lol

.....I've been bitten plenty........... but it's a lesson for ya. 
I got bit last weekend on feeding night... hadn't been bit in a loooong time, but I made the mistake of having my arm over the opening top of the tub as I was sliding the lid back, and I wasn't paying attention to where my albino boa was.... so anyways she tagged my arm pretty good and it bled a good bit.... all the little bit marks kinda puffed up for a little bit but then the next day I had bruises from the bite. lol
First time I had been bitten by her, too. Dang it.

haha, i was just telling tom last night about about how 2 weeks ago i got bit and WRAPPED, same reason, I was feeding my dumerils in her tub, smelled like rat, and when to pick her up to put her back in the cage, and she bit my hand, and i tried to pry it off, and since that was "struggling" she then wrapped me haha. so then im being bitten AND wrapped, and my boyfriends like "dont pry it off, put her underwater" so into the bathtub she went, and immeditely released. i was bleeding like CRAZZYYYY but i had guest over, so i thought it might be a bit "odd" if i were to pull out the camera all "bleeders club" style haha, i definitely thought about it tho. 2 weeks later, i still have 2 rows of perfect tooth marks in my palm and side of my hand. it was cute, but yea, its been a while.
quick bites i can take, when they wrap and break their teeth off in it. that hurts
