Spelling 101 for RTB
I have been meaning to post this for eons. I see these commonly misspelled words over and over and RTB. I cringe when I read them. I know everyone is not the best speller, so I thought I'd help y'all out a little! (lol)
"definitely" (most common misspelling - "definately" or "definatly") There is no "a". This is the most commonly misspelled word on the site.
"separately" (most common misspelling - "seperately")
"desperately" (most common misspelling - "desparately")
"you" + "are" = you're. (Most common misspelling - "your")
And this is for John White!!:
That squirty toilet thingy is called a "bidet" rather than a "beday". However, it's use still remains a mystery (lol)
That concludes the RTB spelling lesson for the day. Hope I didn't offend anyone! Now I know you'll all be watching my spelling like hawks!
Love,
Stargazer

Re: Spelling 101 for RTB
Actually, there are some genius level people out there who cannot spell. I'm sure you are in that category, Aaron.

Re: Spelling 101 for RTB
And then there are some great spellers (like me) who are so spaced out they would lose their heads if not attached.

Yes, this made me realize how much of an idiot I am lol......
"definitely" (most common misspelling - "definately" or "definatly") There is no "a". This is the most commonly misspelled word on the site.

I recently went to look at a property where the tenant had a mail order bidet self installed on a regular toilet... i cant imagine such a thing...
they also had a treadmill in the kitchen.. and plastic bags in the dishwasher...
* scratches head *
I'm sure they could spell bidet correctly though.. . from the invoice.
