Lincolns?
Anyone know a little on cars wanna help me out? Im deciding on my first car and have really taken a liking to the Lincoln cars. Specifically the Continentals and Mark 8's. I also like the new LS but they are a bit pricey for a first car. Anyways i have found two and if anyone knows a little on the models chime in i like them both. Im also 17 and enjoy a nice fast engine (without it being a 4cylinder vtech honda).

Re: Lincolns?
I prefer the second its cheaper and also has more power and is a bit smaller (but still a big car). Its also RWD which when the winter comes means FUN (Sometimes you dont want fun though so its a toss up)

Re: Lincolns?
the motors in both of those can be extremly touchy after 75k miles so i'd be very careful if i bought either of them.

Re: Lincolns?
Thanks so basically dont buy unless they run perfectly and have good idle and rpms. Should you also give them a good rev when driving just to make sure they dont cut out right.

my thoughts exactly.
to be real honest at your age i'd go with a honda. not sayin you will but younger drives have a bad habit of acting stupid when put behind the wheel of a v-8.
