Learn how insects can help solve crimes
The San Bernardino County Museum's "Insectival, " an event that includes a look at how bugs can help forensic investigators solve crimes, is set for today.
Eight-legged critters aren't excluded from the event. Loma Linda University Medical Center envenomologist Sean Bush is scheduled to discuss "Arachnomania: Why Spiders & Scorpions Bug Us."
Insectival is scheduled to be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the museum, 2024 Orange Tree Lane, Redlands. A presentation on "CSI: Insects at the Scene of the Crime" is scheduled for 1 p.m. Bush's talk on arachnids is scheduled for 3 p.m.
