Housed with a ferret is one thing... but obviously the poor thing has rubbed its nose off probably from being in a screen/wire cage.

That nose looks like it was chewed off, not rubbed. The ad for it says that the head and nose were chewed on by a ferret or live rat. How horrible for the poor thing! I wish I had room for one!

Looks like this snake is at Colorado Reptile Humane Society. This is not far from me. I so wish I were in the position to take him! It's really hard to contact those people, though. I tried for 3 months to rescue a snake through them. I did an online app and called many times. They never returned the calls. Now that I know he's local, I may know of some folks that would adopt him. I'll ask around.

poor guy, curse those who were keeping him with ferrets!!!!!!!!! If my parents would allow me, i would take him over any boa, even a hog which i direly want

There's a good chance this snake will end up at the Denver reptile store. They get a lot of these rescue snakes.
