Here's a pic of my import. 1980 Triumph TR8 - 34,000 actual miles factory aluminum V-8 with Holley 4 barrel carb. all original accept the carb and intake. It might give you a run for your money, but, I don't race her.

Now I just feel more at home. I do custom paint on the side airbrushing and all. I also do sheetmetal fabrications. I'll have to show y'all some pics sometime. I am also one of the founding members of one of the largest car clubs in west virginia

Awesome, Dave. I had a TR-7 once. It was more fun to drive, than anything I've driven since.

I wouldn't mind taking your money Dave...lol. Mine is a 12 second car....about to drop to low 12s/high 11s. Nice ride though.
2003 Subaru WRX (yes its turbo'ed...OEM style)
-Invidia 4"-3" Downpipe
-Ansa Silverline 3" CBE / muffler
-Kartboy shortshifter
-RSR shifter bushings
-Whiteline steering rack bushings
-Cobb Accessport piggyback ECU (target boost is 17lbs)
-HyperVoltage GT ground system
all in all I'm guessing she is pushing about 290awhp
Sitting in my room waiting to be installed:
-OEM 255lph fuel pump
-STi performance timing belt
-STi performance Pinks injectors
-Buschur catless uppipe
-STi performance VF-39 turbo
-NGK iridium spark plugs (one-step colder)
Yeah, racing is in my blood....

"X" love those stats. It's too bad we live so far apart, I'd like to see ya run.
Mpgt - I sold my TR-6 to buy this car and I owned a TR-7 for almost 20 years. The 8 runs so much better.

i gotta tell you tho man, i hate japanese imports but there are some ill let pass lol, i like the STI's alot more than most, and that has good stats, put it this way, i hate the cars like hondas that people put a cold air intake on body kit huge unfunctional spoiler pop the hubcaps off put a folgers can muffler on primer a few pieces of the body and maybe lower it and call emselves "individuals", your not an individual when your honda looks like every honda owned by someone between the ages of 16-25 is exactly as i described
