Designer Morphs
Hey all, I just picked up a book called Designer Morphs, Its chalked full of boid morphs of all kinds, The photos are great and the info so far in it is a complete mistery to my reading (Novice). The cost of the book is $55 with shipping and it has about 320 pages (color) in it. It measures about 6" X 8" in size and it covers boas, rainbows boas, ball pythons, blood pythons, carpet pythons and many others. I would recomend it for the hobbiest and breeders alike.
Im getting nothing out of this, but here is the shamless plug.

This whole morph craze reminds me of grade school when the teacher was passing out rulers. The box was full of really pretty nice new red rulers but there was one old beat up wooden one that you couldn't hardly read the numbers...everybody fought over the old wooden one I guess because it was different. Silly? I think so. What if all boas were albino? and then someone discovered the only normal one ever...WOW look at the pretty colors on that one! When considering morphs, I always force myself to forget what's normal and what's different and just decide what looks better. Very few morphs ever win out.

I agree..but arent these morphs, like the BP craze, found in the wild as well?..dont they find all these new bloodlines like the Platty daddy in the wild?...I know then they take it up a notch..they all have to come from somewhere..except the piebald...which is a nuclear radiation diaster..i dont get that one
