devin got in an accident
she took my new neon to ohio to check out a horse. we are getting a horse again. well on her way back it was dark out and a guy was on a motor bike stopped at the light. his break lights were out and she hit him. he flew 20 feet in the air over my car. my cars hood os all smashed. the p[olice said the guy is gonna be okay but he was on the way to the hospital. devin was crying her eyes out and devin got the ticket. i have a 500.00 deductible. always around christmas time.

gee thanks, i think. she was a wreck. i got her to take a nice hot bath and calmed her down. then i got chance out and just laid my head on her and pouted till i felt better.

devin is fine now. i got her clamed down. i didn't get mad or anything. i just made her feel better. she punished herself enough over it.

Oh, I'm glad that things are back on the mend so quickly. These things can really tear at nerves. I may have your insurance company have them do an investigation on the lights. Sometimes they can find a reason for the malfunction that can prove that they weren't functioning before the accident. I was in a similar incident where somebody actually backed up into me and they claimed I rearended them. My insurance had an investigation and the table was turned. I'm really glad the guy was okay though. That is a scary thing.

Glad to hear that everyone is ok.
Unfortunately, you're probably going to get sued. If the break lights on the motor bike were out, I would try to get that documented.
