The bite.
I have cleaned it out pretty good. But people who can see the back of my neck said it's pusing. Any hits on the proper treatment?

Neosporin, do you have any of that? That stuff is God. lol
Oh and also try to reduce any clothing or material from rubbing that area on the back of your neck... like try and stay on your side or something when you sleep, otherwise it will irritate it and make it pus more.

Squeeze out the infection and slap a bandaid on there.

Squeezing out the infection may just push it deeper into the skin.. not really good.

Iguanas are mildly venomous. This isn't something that's widely known and it just did come out last year. Infection/reaction is probable from a deep bite so...keeping it clean is a must. A strong antibiotic ointment is wise and you might want to see your doctor for some antibiotics (probably augmentin) if the infection continues to get worse...which it probably will.
