"Can I come in and, uh, play with something?"
One of Lara's little boy friends came over just now and asked if he could come in and, uh, play with something? I knew immediately what that something was. He has watched us play with the snakes and a few days ago dared to actually touch a tail. I got out the baby because Casey just ate the night before last and I didn't want Wilbur's vocals to scare him. Tee-hee, I'm not going to stop until I corrupt (woopsy, I mean educate) all my kids friends. I'm so thrilled.

Thank's y'all. I do even try to get some of the adults and parents involved. It's surprising to me how many won't hold them or touch them even after they've let their kids hold them. I think they know that I would never do anything to endanger their children first and foremost and they see my kids with them all the time. I just got my best friend to hold one of them for the first time and her kids have been handling them since I got them. Better late then never.
