Could someone please explain the vbplaza?..

I read the link stickied in here but it didnt tell you anything. How do you earn money, how do you get it out, what is the thief thing? how can you protect yourself from someone doing the thief thing on you?

You don't earn money, even play money. You earn points from posting, starting GOOD threads and participating in the forums. You can "bank" those points, so that they are protected. You can withdraw "banked" points and spend them to purchase ribbons or gifts. You have a ribbon, so I suppose you know how that part works. Gifts are icons and notes given to other members -- either as a joke or a serious kudo for assistance, etc.

The only way I know to protect your points from theivery is to bank them (and I'm not even sure that is 100%). The odds of thievery being successful are proportionate to the number of points the thief has, along with those of the intended victim. I won't tell you (or anyone) how they are proportionate 'cuz I don't want to give away any secrets of the function.
