Hey everyone, just started posting here a few days ago, and I just thought I'd share the band that I'm currently in with all of ya! its pretty good....alittle too simple for me, sounds like alot of drop d chords and power chords, but good at keeping in time and in tune, guitar solos are pretty good too

Haha, were you expecting Dream Theater? I'm pretty sure only one song on the site is drop D, maaaaybe two, so it's really not too much drop D, like you said. But thanks for the time and tune thing

lol i didnt mean alot of drop d as in alot of songs but i just noticed one that was, lol u do have alot of potential tho, your alot better than bands nowadays!! just a wild guess but does the girl write alot of the music?? playing the violin takes a long time and alot of musical skill/dedication, well keep it up! i like your music even tho i might sound negative, it really is well put together, it has a pat benatar feeling to it, but newer

I didn't think you sounded negative buddy  We all bring things to the plate in the writing process. There are other songs that have different feelings and sounds altogether, you might wanna check them out too, maybe they'll better suit your tastes  Come to think of it, drop D is only on the entire album twice, doesn't affect me though, with my 5 string bass I can get to the D on the low B-string

I just listened to "Supergirl" and I love it! As soon as I have time I'll be listening to the rest. Just my kind of thing.
I play a little bass too. Mostly roots and 5ths, but bass is fun.
