I have ALWAYS wanted to be a photographer. So, my dream job would be just that -- a photographer. In my younger, more hormonal years, I wanted to be a Playboy photographer. [Please forgive me if that's TMI.]
Then, in my latter 20-something years, I wanted to be a photo-journalist. Now that I'm reaching mid-life, I think I'd like to be a nature photographer.
Just to make a living with my camera in hand would be a dream come true...
All in all, I'm happy with what I do, though. Computer work has always come easy to me -- and I get to work with them and people every day. Very cool.

To work in all sections of London Zoo especially the reptile house and big cats solely because all i want is a job with animals that aren't your everyday cats and dogs and what better place is there in the UK!

My vote is for just being an eccentric billionaire. Managing all my 'staff' would be a job enough. Ahhhh.... I can see it now.....'Maids -- please do all the laundry, and make the beds, and be sure to air the linens out on a clothes line so they smell like fresh air, Cooks -- A simple meal tonight, for only a couple of dozen on my closest friends, nothing to fancy just king crab legs, and maybe 6 other courses, oh that reminds me Maids -- please polish the good sterling, Gardener -- were those dandelions I saw on my 40 acre front lawn down towards the guard shack?......................
Ahhhhhhh............If only it wasn't a dream!!

I have gotta say right now my dream job would be a professor at some podunk college somewhere teaching math. But that dream is at least 6 years away and I need something to pay the bills NOW...

Wow...I have the the most boring dream job ever compared you all! I'm almost living my dream now. I dream of being on the Board of Directors for some billion-dollar corporation as the president of marketing. Right now, I run my own business selling marketing supplies to billion-dollar corporations. It's great being my own boss, but working on straight commission is enough to want to rip your hair out, sometimes!
