when i get my rtb out of the tank, if y start rubbing it lower jaw, very softly, it relaxes until it looks like dead!! i can put its head upside down while doing this, it make no move until i stop...any experiences you wanna share??? i think this is kinda weird...i tried to do the same with my other boas, but it didnt work as well

hmmm.... maybe a kind of hypnosis? Don't think it'd work on mine snakes, but I know it does on other animals... for example w/rabbits, you can put them in this trancelike state by turning them on their backs and rubbing their stomachs (I'm not suggesting anyone hypnotize their feeder rabbits before using them!) I have actually never heard of anything like that... but that could make a LOT of my job as a boa caregiver a lot easier if it works on my snakes. Neet Trick! Anyone more experienced know anything about this?
