It's not a hippo. Anacondas are in South America. Hippos are in Africa...I did see one on "Let's Make a Deal" though once...The animal being regurged in this video is a capybara (worlds largest rodent...other than the rat currently running our government)

South American natives in third world communities don't as a whole always have the same admiration and emotional feelings we have towards certain animals. They likely fed half the village off both the anaconda and the regurged capybara. It's also possible they were worried one of their children was the cause of the lump...or to them, nearly equally as important as one of their own, a livestock animal that they need to survive.
