Need a banner

I was wondering if one of you graphics gurus out there would make me a banner.

I need a Redtailboa.net Donations banner to link to our donation page. The banner should be the following specs:

150x225 pixels

or

468x60 pixels

I did these pretty quick because I don't know what you want them to say or if you want them animated. Animated takes me awhile because I screw that up alot lol...but changing the text or colors...no problem.

Animations can work both ways. They can get attention or they can annoy the crap out of people...or not get read because people don't wait for them to get to the point. I personally, do not like animated banners...I don't usually read them and/or scroll up or down so my peripheral vision doesn't have an annoying flicker thing going on.

i dunno for me animations have always been cheesy and just annoy me, we learn in design that there's a thin line between what looks good and what's cheesy. I would steer clear of them because it's just too easy to go wrong with them.

I animated my avatar but it sits still more than it wiggles lol....and I don't really care if anyone reads it or not.

yes but there's a difference between an avatar and something you're going to use as a banner to get donations. If i had the money I'd definately donate till i was broke lol unfortunately i spend all my money on school supplies, yay art college. And I think they're should be different still banners I like Julius' bottom one. But different banners would catch people's attention, i can't invest time in making one at the moment due to finals but I can see what I can come up with during my two week vacation home.

I think one of them might not be working cause every so often one of the banners is not working and it doesnt look like any of the normal advertisements.
