Things have been rough lately...

Well several months ago a relationship that I had with a guy who I was also good friends with went bad at the end, and I was quite angry and traumatized about that for the longest time...I knew him for 5 years... but I survived him and I'm getting over it now... and things may smooth out again between us long down the road..

Then a few weeks ago my grandmother had to go to the hospital because she was having small repetitive heart attacks, and when they examined her heart with a small little camera, they found that one artery was 100% blocked, another 99% blocked and another 80%... the doctor said that he often sees patients like her, but they're usually dead... So then my grandmother was going to have triple bypass surgery, but when the doctors went in and checked things out, they had to do quadruple bypass surgery... and after surgery was done they had all kinds of tubes and things in her, and a heart pump that had to pump her blood for awhile, while her heart rested, then they had her heart going on its own... They also found out that she had diabetes, too... Well she was quickly recovering and was able to go home, and they've had nurses going to her house everyday to check up on her and run tests and stuff... but yesterday she had to go back to the hospital because her heart beat had slowed down and was irregular, so they're working with her medications... and now she's got bronchitis and fluid in her lungs...

She most likely got the bronchitis from a 6 year old little cousin of mine in which her baby sister who is only several months old, got pneumonia and strep throat and had to go to the hospital, too... my 6 year old cousin had been around her sick baby sister, then had been visiting my grandmother... so yeah, the lovely world of spreading germs... *sarcasm*

And so when my grandmother was back at home again, someone had to be with her 24/7.. I still don't really know why, I guess to help her with things... so my mom was most often times gone all the time ever since this has happened to my grandmother, so my mom had been sleeping over at my grandmother's house, while I had to take care of the dog and the cats and many other things, along with fixing my own food and so the place just felt empty for awhile and was lonely, even though I had my cats, dog and critters... My dad wasn't here because he goes back and forth between here in WV to VA where he still tends to his computer business... so he was gone for a couple weeks working.. We used to live in VA just so you know... but anyways... so I've had the house all to myself for the past few weeks, and I felt sorry for the dog because he just didn't understand what was going on... he's my mom's dog... and mine too.

And now a couple weeks ago, an uncle of mine who's in his 70s had an accident... he fell off a ladder and landed on his side, breaking his wrist and his pelvis and so he had to go to the hospital... and then he got pneumonia and he's not recovering very well at all... many many years ago he used to smoke, and so now that he has damaged lungs and pneumonia, there isn't enough oxygen getting to the rest of his organs, so they're slowly beginning to shut down, and just last year or so he had a bit of bladder cancer as well... so now my uncle only may live for the next couple of days...

I just find it astounding that my grandmother was in such critical condition and had such major surgery and is recovering from it.... yet my uncle ends up in a stupid freak accident and now may only have a couple days left to live... if he didn't catch pneumonia he would probably be fine and recovering..

Then I've been having some trouble myself, but I won't get into that...

My life is just a big drama story...

Youve had a really poopie last couple of weeks girl..And you didnt say anything at all..Shame on you!

We are here for you and I really hope and pray things in your personal life work out for the best.
I really hope your Grandma and Uncle make a full recovery. I am really sorry to hear they are going thru all of that.
Usually it is me or my kid that gets that sick and has to be hospitalized. But when my dad had his heart episode (wasnt an attack, but like an arrest) and had to have a stint, I remember how freaked out I was..I wish you peace in this time of stress.

As for the dude..If you need someone to "visit" him, lemme know..Im fresh out of horse heads and dead fish, but I happen to have some Jumbo rats I can use LMAO Actually, those suckers are expensive...

Dont know whats goin on in your personal life other than that, but if you wanna talk Im here, and so are the rest of the crew

I'm really sorry to hear all that Adrya! I've had some of the same issues going on here as well and some days it's just touch and go with the family members. I hope you can keep your head up through all this, I know its rough. It gets lonely in an empty house after awhile, especially when you're already stressed and upset about other issues - best of luck to the uncle and your grandmother (and your entire family during this time). Let us know if theres anything we can do!

Oh and I'll be happy to cover the cost of any dead rodents required by amercnwmn to torment your ex as much as possible.... I even have a few tips

Well with all these things going on with my grandmother, I tried to not let it bother me so much because I've been trying so hard to get through the rest of this college school year, and I'm having some trouble with that, so I didn't really open up... but now that I'm finding out more about all these terrible things going on in my family, I'm starting to break.

And last summer a few months before I had the issues with the guy, my mom also had to have surgery because she had a cyst (however you spell it) in her uterus or something... so because her body was trying to get rid of it.... well it was like a 2 1/2 week HEAVY period...

and she was getting so extremely tired and exhausted... and that scared me a lot.... sorry, too much info for the guys, but hey, that's something you gotta respect about the girls you love.

lol but yeah I wouldn't mind you goin and puttin a jumbo rat head or something in his bed... well he does actually have a horse, but I like his horse... well it's more his mom's than anything... but heck, an elephant's would be good... especially since what hurt me the most was that I was used by him. And now he's off with having a 2nd girlfriend already since he's started college, acting like nothing's ever happened. He was just never honest with me from beginning to end... but I believe we would have just been better off as friends from start to finish and we wouldn't have gotten into such a mess... he's a great guy but I really hate him for some flaws of his...

I have been thru that cyst crap..I had a cyst in High School that had broken off and clotted and bled and clotted untill it was the size of a football..Had to have it taken out and was out of school for 2 weeks in the hospital and not supposed to come back for 6 more weeks..I had a 3.86GPA and they were going to FAIL me for missing school, even though I had a surgeons note..
Well I went against Drs orders and finished out with a 4pt But it was such malarky!

Anyways, that is really a LOT to go thru and I would have broke loooong time ago..Sounds like you need to go fire a gun a few times

Maybe we could incorporate that with the 'visit' to the ex boyfriend..LOL

Anyways I hope things cheer up..If not you can change your Desktop to your water snake's face like I did and laugh everytime you close a webpage or turn on the computer

that's amazing the size yours developed.. I had a 4pt in highschool, too.. well, freshman year, then things went downhill a bit from there.. lol

yeah I guess I could fire a gun a few hundred times... and that would be SWEET if you and I incorporated that with the "visit" to the ex..

well, I have ways of picking myself up when I'm down... most of the time it's just the joy of having all of my snakes and other critters, and a couple of the most lovable cats in the world, too... having my older brother around and us going out places and having fun helps, too..

Yeah family is good for that..
I myself, dont speak to anyone in my family..Not my choice, theirs.
My husband is my true best friend, but its hard when I want to gripe about him to go complain to him about him...
Most of my issues with him arent really WORTH talking to him about when I can vent to my friends and be over it..
Unfortunately my friend has other things going on and so I know how you can feel pretty isolated and lonely.

Thats why were here!

Ive found sometimes just joking around on here cheers me up and makes my day seem better...Like not everyone in the world is out to get me..LOL
Its not paranoia by the way, if everyone really IS out to get you..

I seriously hope things look up soon..Holler if you wanna talk

Or just laugh or goof off or whatever.

i really really hope that something improves with my uncle... I don't get to see him much and it just makes me wish that I could have always seen him often.

I am sorry that you and your family are going through such tough times......if you ever need to talk, I'm here for you...I know you don't really know me, either, but I have been in your situation and it made me feel better to have people to talk to....I'll keep your family in my prayers, as well

I'm so sorry to hear about your granmother and uncle, I know how hard it is with close relatives in the hospital. I lost my grandfather to lung cancer this past x-mas, and it wasn't fun. But hang in there girl and thigs will get better. I'll say a prayer for both of them, and if ya need to vent well were all here for ya!
