Now mind you, I am a certified "Chili Head", but this stuff is a deadly Thai weapon! When the receipe calls for 3 tablespoons, you better cut it to a teaspoon! We made a Thai shrimp dish that calls for the stuff and I swear, we didn't have to use heat from the pan to cook the shrimp. When I got home, I thought it was warm in the house, now I don't! Come on ice cream!

MMMmmm Sambal is good stuff~!! I've got over 30 bottles of hot sauce in my fridge I made a killer pot of Chilli the other day...my g/f likes "hot" food and she took two bites and gave the rest to me Hahaha I love to put myself through #$%^&#$%^&#$%^&#$%^&...it's so satisfying, don't you think??

I like to eat incredibly hot stuff when I am sick, to clear out my sinuses. My girlfriend makes this pepper seed/tomato sauce stuff (this probably makes this entire post retarded because I don't know what it's called), but man, it's sooooo terrible. We both sit there wiping our noses and drinking a gallon of milk to get the hot taste off our tongue... but it clears the snot out of your throat/head/lungs. It's great!... sorta.
