Do you like fast food?
If you like to take care of your body, the answer to this should be no.
I was roaming around on the internet and stumbled upon some pretty disgusting things. For anybody who habitually eats fast food, you may want to reconsider.
Let's try Burger King first:
Original Whopper: 670 calories, 39 grams of fat, 1020 mg sodium
That's even their smallest whopper, without cheese.
Check it out if you get that in the smallest complete meal possible...
Original Whopper, SMALL fries, SMALL coke: 1040 cal, 52 fat, 1400 sodium
Assume that you're pretty hungry, and you get a Triple Whopper with cheese, Large Fries, and a Large Coke... or a Large meal for organization sake.
Large Meal: 2020 cal, 110 fat, 2410 sodium, 188 carbs - YIKES!! Keep in mind that's only one meal.
OK, now McDonald's...
Big Mac: 560 cal, 30 fat, 1010 sodium, 47 carbs
Double QPC, Large Fries, Large Coke (meal): 1630 cal, 70 fat, 2050 sodium, 204 carbs
KFC...
Chicken Breast, Drumstick, Pot Pie, ColeSlaw, Pepsi: 2060 calories, 88 fat, 4150 sodium, 207 carbs.
Carl's Jr/Hardee's...
Six Dollar Western Bacon Cheese Burger, Large Fries, Large Coke: 1970 cal, 91 fat, 2830 sodium, 243 carbs
Wendy's...
Big Bacon Classic, Biggie Fries, Biggie Coke: 1460 cal, 57 fat, 1970 sodium, 202 carb
Hm... gross. Next time I go out to eat, I should ask "sir, can I please just get the heart attack WITHOUT the food?... I'm not really hungry today"
