Well here is another prime example of someone exercising their stupidity.Even know there iligeal to own in new jersey without a permit. This guy thought he was above the law. What a moron!

What an idiot. I would sue the guy, too. Why in the world would you allow it to escape it's enclosure unless it was under extremely controlled circumstances? He was asking for this, if you ask me... and that lady should sue the clothes right off his back for being an idiot.
