Ok after working with the developer, we got ebux/estore back up and running stable on the site
Right now everyone should have points. The points you currently have are the results of how many post you have. The store has a ton of new options now And if you try to steal, you will loose 1 rep point, and if your theif attempt fails those points you tried to steal go to the user who you tried to steal from

Points Per Thread View Multiplier? 0.25 (how many times your thread was viewed)

Points Per Good Reputation? 10

Fyi, you guys need to start using more of the forum options on the site to take full advantage of the points. For instance, rate threads and leave rep points for users.
