Maybe I am wrong....but I do not see a sticky thing for me to make things sticky.
I think maybe it is just admins and moderators who can make things sticky.
As a matter of fact...I am a mod for other sections and I still do not have sticky powers for the just talk section....so it is just the admins and just talk mids who can stick it to ya.
