Episode of Cops- Cop kills snake
Anyone see that episode of cops two nights ago? There was a snake on some ladies roof and she was freaking out like it was going to kill her. Not sure what kind of snake it was.. it was about 5 feet and about the girth of a neonate boa. Anyway- the snake was just chilling on the roof his head hanging down and they sprayed it with mace and it didn't run off so the Chief walks up with his baton and just hits it in the head, picks it up and throws it in the garbage...
Isn't that kind of wrong if the snake is posing no threat? Animal Control could have been called and removed it from a residential area.... anyway- saw it the other night while I was at my buddies and was wondering if anyone else saw it.

Yea i seen that one about 3 years ago. I think it was a rat snake. Thats the one of the lady screeming in the house and afraid to open the porch door . LOL Funny that the lady was so scared but sad for the little snake.

I should run around wildly claiming that there was a ravenous dog after me. Even if it was a true threat to me (which that snake clearly was not), they would take the dog, put it in a pound, give it some shots to get rid of rabies or whatever, then sell it someone that is going to take care of it. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't whack it with a knightstick and throw it in the trash.
Friggen idiots.
Since when is a rat snake a threat? And since when could Police officers randomly kill wild animals?
"Look there's a Grizzly Bear, and it's slightly threatening to me, even though it's in no position to harm me and I am at a safe distance, inside my house! Quick, kill it!"
Nice job there, Police Force of the Moronic Precinct.

Any type of dog could do a lot more damage than this snake could have...
