ever heard of this guy?
My husband was telling me last night about a professional wrestler who used to threaten his opponents with large snakes, supposedly pythons. He would approach them with the snake, mouth open, and force it to bite people.
How sick and wrong is that?
I don't know the name of the wrestler, and supposedly he's retired now. Has anyone heard of this? My first reaction was to be writing some serious complaint emails, but I'm not sure what good it would do if he's not doing it anymore.
Of course, if any of his stuff is still being shown on TV, it might do some good to complain to the networks that are showing it.

Jake the Snake is who you are probally talking about. He threatened with a snake, but never had the snake bite. From what I recall it was either a Burm or a Retic that he carried with him.
Do a search on this guy here and you may find a few things

It was a burm, and from what I understand, he is now serving a little time for animal cruelty.

Wow, apparently everyone knows about him but me. Out of the loop, I guess.
I could have misunderstood about him having the snake bite people. There was a bite in the story somewhere. Did the snake maybe bite him once or twice?
I hope he IS doing time for animal cruelty.

I agree...I don't ever remember him having anyone biten but he did carry it to the ring with him.
It was an albino burm that he carried.
